Shipping Policy
We expect your package to be shipped out within 3-5 business days of placing your order, during our non- promotional periods. You will receive an email notification once your package ships. Please note, that for international orders and during our sales events /holiday season your processing time will be an additional 10-14 business days.
Please reference our outbound map for an estimate for transit days. Please note this map includes estimated transit times, not guaranteed transit times.
Additionally, orders placed after a large volume sales are subject to 5-7 additional days for processing and handling.
We currently ship worldwide with the exception of China and UAE. All tginatural.com orders that are shipped outside of the US are shipped on DDU (delivery duty unpaid). You will be responsible for paying for duties and costs to release your order from customs.
You can receive free shipping on all U.S. orders upon spending $50 or more. Please select the free shipping option at checkout.
There is no standard shipping cost. Shipping is variable and calculated per zip code.
International shipping charges vary depending on the location and size of the order. When you place your order on tginstore.com, if the freight is more then the estimated amount charged at the time of the order, tgin will follow-up with a PayPal request to acquire an additional shipping payment. In order to calculate the shipping rate, you can visit UPS.

You can return eligible items by mail within 30 days of receipt for a refund (not including postage). *Eligible return items include new or unopened items.
- No refund will be issued for used and opened items.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method, or given as store credit.
- Items eligible for return with us must have been purchased directly on tginatual.com. We are unable to process returns from other retailer partners.
- We do not offer exchanges.
Please email us at customerservice@tginatural.com to start the return process. To ensure there are no issues, we recommend that you get a tracking number for your shipment with delivery confirmation and email it to us to expedite the refund process.
If you have purchased a tgin product from another retail partner and/or online store, please reach out to that retailer for their returns and exchanges policy.
Thank God It’s Natural (tgin) cannot take delivery requests. Please contact the carrier to inquire about delivery preferences and/or changes.
