Our mid-sized organization is looking to hire a Marketing & Administrative Coordinator. This role is responsible for supporting the tgin® team across various areas of business and is an in-person position, in Chicago, IL. with a flexible work schedule. The ideal candidate has the ability to collaborate with several team members, at times work independently, has a passion for beauty, is extremely organized and meticulous in their work.



  • Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the tgin® Marketing department runs smoothly.
  • Provide support in developing and implementing marketing research and competitive analysis.
  • Maintain organized file system and support clean-up of project management tasks in Asana.
  • Support processing of invoices and AP coding of receipts, keeping up with a detailed tracker of all processed and paid invoices for reference.
  • Verify payment confirmations for influencers and other external brand partners.
  • Track and prepare regular reports and presentations that share performance metrics with internal stakeholders.

Events & Meetings:

  • Assist with and support projects related to planning, including tgin® company meetings, in-office conferences, and overall brand company events.
  • Manage the recruitment of event staff as needed for event. Includes the drafting of documentation, coordination of interviews with tgin® team members, payroll details, and post event surveys.
  • Book travel and accommodation for any external parties needed to attend brand events or meetings.
  • Dedicated support for the tgin® Foundation; related tasks consist of program creation, services, partnership outreach.

Customer Service:

  • Respond to customer service inquiries received from website costumers.
  • Reply to Instagram and Facebook direct messages that are related to product concerns, orders, and urgent requests.

Office Maintenance:

  • Order office supplies, maintain a stock of all coordinating office access, and communicating building needs.
  • Maintain cleanliness, order, and appearance of tgin® offices including common areas, kitchens, and meeting rooms.
  • Coordination of technology (Audio/Visual), food and beverage, and other items as requested for meetings held within the office.
  • Serve as the appointed office contact, providing a welcome environment for to all guests and visitors.


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to create high impact presentations. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Asana a plus.
  • Ability to work with a variety of people in various disciplines
  • Superior organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of current fashion and beauty trends
  • Excellent people skills and strong managerial skills
  • Motivated, self-starter

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.

Location: Our Chicago office (in-person position).

Our office is located in Chicago, ½ block north of the United Center just west of Fulton Market
