We kicked off Breast Cancer Awareness 🎀 month yesterday with a hip hop spin class.
Breast Cancer Survivor and CEO of Thank God It’s Natural Chris-Tia Donaldson @tginceo teamed up with Cycle Therapy Instructor Aaron Foster @cycle_therapy to bring an afternoon of breast cancer awareness, fitness and fun!
We so much fun and we loved meeting all of the ladies that came out to sweat with us.
