HEALTHY SKIN START WITHIN: 5 TIPS TO KEEP YOUR SKIN GLOWING THIS SEASON

Skin is in ladies. Healthy, beautiful and glowing skin starts from the inside out. If your goal is to get gorgeous glowing skin this season and every season then be sure to follow these tips below!

    1.Drink more water

Our bodies are primarily made of water. Water helps our bodies restore and stay hydrated as well as helps our hair and nails grow and our skin look more vibrant and refreshed. Drink plenty of water to keep your skin looking amazing.

    2. Sweat it out

Sweating releases toxins that can often clog pores and cause breakouts. Hit the gym, go running, dance, whatever you need to do to sweat, get to it. Be sure to shower after sweating so you aren’t getting any breakouts.

    3. Eat more fruits and vegetables

Fruits and vegetables are great for aiding in healthy glowing skin. Many fruits have anti-aging properties and also contain a ton of water as well. Visit your local farmers market or grocery store and stock up on some fruit today!

    4. Use serums and butters

Serums and shea butters are great for keeping skin moisturized and healthy. After the shower apply our Argan Replenishing Hair and Body Serum followed by our Organic Shea Butter to keep your skin well nourished and moisturized.

    5. Use the right soap

Did you know that some soaps contain harsh chemicals and detergents that can completely damage and dry your skin out? It’s best to avoid using soaps with excess sulphates. If you are looking for healthy clear and clean skin, try our African Black Soap, to keep your skin looking amazing!
