    Fall is here ladies and it’s time to get in shape! Your actions now determine your outcome later. While it’s great to have an amazing body for summer, we also need to make sure that we keep our bodies healthy all year long. If you’ve been looking for fitness tips for this fall, keep reading!

    1.Diet

    Did you know that abs were made in the kitchen? Unfortunately, you can not “out” workout a bad diet. In order to get the body you desire you have to eat healthy. Cut back on fast food, fried foods, meat, dairy, bread, pastas and sweets, and implement more fresh fruits and vegetables, and plenty of water into your diet to not only lose weight but also implement an overall healthier lifestyle.

    2. Get moving

    You can’t lose weight by sitting down all day. Whether you work from home or in an office, we can all benefit from more overall movement. Opt for the stairs instead of taking the elevator, walk or ride a bike instead of driving when you can, get up from your desk and stretch and move as often as possible.

    3. Work it out

    You don’t need to have a gym membership to get in shape. There are tons of at home workouts you can do that are just as effective. Find the workout that works for you. If you love dancing find a dance class in your area, dance at home or try Zumba. If you enjoy working out with others, join the gym, workout with friends, or hit a running trail. Working out can be excruciating or exhilirating, it all depends on your mind set.
