Are you looking for a good summer read?  Then you should definitely check out this memoir written by Questlove, the leader of The Roots band.  The book was released Tuesday June 18th and is titled Mo’ Meta Blues: The World According to Questlove.  The memoir takes us through Amir “Questlove” Thompson’s journey through hip-hop including his interactions with some of the greatest such as Jay-Z, Stevie Wonder and D’Angelo.  This book gives us a male insight into the world of music as Questlove explores hip-hop and speaks about some of the greatest artists and points out differences between the “fakes” and the originals of this genre.

They say you can’t judge a book by its cover — but even the cover of this book looks awesome!
