Returns and Exchanges

At Thank God It’s Natural (tgin), we stand by the quality of our products and our customers’ satisfaction is truly a top priority to us. If for any reason your purchase didn’t work out. Please contact customerservice@tginatural.com. We’d love to hear your feedback and help you find your perfect hair care routine.

You can return eligible items by mail within 30 days of receipt for a refund (not including postage). *Eligible return items include new or unopened items.

  • No refund will be issued for used and opened items.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method, or given as store credit.
  • Items eligible for return with us must have been purchased directly on tginatual.com. We are unable to process returns from other retailer partners.
  • We do not offer exchanges.

Please email us at customerservice@tginatural.com to start the return process. To ensure there are no issues, we recommend that you get a tracking number for your shipment with delivery confirmation and email it to us to expedite the refund process.

Returns for purchases from retail partners 
If you have purchased a tgin product from another retail partner and/or online store, please reach out to that retailer for their returns and exchanges policy.
