SUMMER, SUMMER, SUMMER TIME: 3 TIPS FINDING THE RIGHT BATHING SUIT

SUMMER, SUMMER, SUMMER TIME: 3 TIPS FINDING THE RIGHT BATHING SUIT

Summer is here, and that can only mean one thing: bathing suit season! Every summer we linger from store to store, trying to find the right bathing suit that lifts, tucks, separates and accentuates every curve on our bodies.

Don’t get me wrong, shopping is always fun, but when it comes to finding the right bathing suit, it can be weary on our self esteem. Remember the following:

    1) Try on the suit before you leave the store: although we look at sizes and think, “Of course that’s my size,” there are instances where we may go up or down in a size. Never feel pressure on yourself! You want to make sure your suit fits properly; there’s nothing more uncomfortable than a bathing suit that’s ill fitted.

    2) Stay confident! In today’s society, there is so much emphasis on the way women see themselves. Admire your curves; beauty has no weight limit.  Don’t feel as if you have to stick with a one piece; two pieces come in ALL sizes!

    3) Try bold colors that accentuate your skin tone. This summer is all about jewel tones, they’re bright and look great on everybody. Besides, you want to be bright and stand out!

    4) Complete the look. A bathing suit is never complete without a nice necklace, sun hat, or another perfect accessory to make take your fabulosity to the next level.

Have fun with your bathing suit, ladies. Whether it’s a two piece or a one piece, rock it proudly. The best accessory to any outfit is confidence.
